The Annual meeting for the Parish of Pinewood is to be held on Monday 21 May 2012.  The meeting starts promptly at 7.30pm and is open to the public.  The meeting will receive reports from parish/district and county councillors, SNT Officer, Suffolk One, Belstead School, Pinewood and Chantry WI, Shepherd Drive Baptist Church, the Friends of Belstead Brook park and Greenways.  There is an opportunity for residents to raise any problems or concerns they have under 'Parishioners Questions'.

Refreshments will be served from 7pm until the start of the meeting.  Come along and have a drink and a biscuit and meet your local representatives.
