The Annual Parish Meeting for the Parish of Pinewood is to be held at the Pinewood Community Hall, Laburnum Close in the Lounge Room on Monday 21 May 2012.  This meeting starts promptly at 7.30pm and is open to all.  Invited guests will give their respective reports on the activities of their organisation or group over the past year.  Amongst those invited are our Parish, District and County Councillors. Local Safer Neighbourhood Team Officer. A representative from Suffolk One, Belstead School, Shepherd Drive Baptist Church, Pinewood and Chantry W.I., Friends of Belstead Brook Park and Greenways Project.  If you have any issues or concerns you wish to raise come along and when the meeting goes into open forum for 'Parishioners Questions' then feel free to raise it at this point.  If you would like to just come along and listen to the various reports then you are very welcome. Please note that you must be a government elector for the area should any vote be taken. The agenda for the meeting is available on the 'Parish Council' page approx. one week prior to the meeting.

Refreshments are to be served from 7pm - why not come along and meet your local councillors before the meeting starts!
